Kusukusuame (くすくすあめ) is a simple, elegant and charming rounded gothic Japanese free font. The stroke lines are in uniformed weight with rounded end finish, giving it a clean and soft look. This font is perfect for print and digital artworks that communicate friendliness, calmness and youthfulness.

Kusukusuame comes with the Japanese hiragana and katakana characters, latin letters, punctuations and Chinese kanji characters learnt by up to primary school year one to two students, so you would expect this will have limited numbers of kanji. Besides that, it is free to download and be used on personal and commercial projects, and of course you can’t resell it or claim it as your own. Bear in mind that you will need to have a Pixiv account in order to download, which is rather easy to create. Once installed, in Photoshop you will be able to select this font under the name “kusukusuame-Regular”
