DotGothic16 is a pixel font based on the old 16×16 Gothic bitmap font that you can download for free. This nostalgic font reminds me a lot of the old times where computer screens and old video games are displayed in pixels. Using 16×16 grid, this pixel font not only retains the pixelated effects but also highly readable. This font can be a great choice for creating digital retro designs, for posters, signages and more. I could see this font can bring out a lot of fun in the design.

DotGothic16 one of the open-sourced fonts released by FontWorks, which all of them are featured on Google Fonts. This font comes with all the common Japanese and Latin characters, and packed with Chinese kanji characters supported up to Shift JIS Level 2, which is totalling about 6000+ kanji characters. You can download this for free and use it for personal and commercial projects.
