Chiru Font
Chiru Font (ちるふぉんと) is a free handwriting font created by font creator konasan. The handwriting style is relaxing and personal. It retained the quirkiness and rawness of handwriting textures. The font is set in fixed width, hence the each characters are having the same amount of width.
Chiru Font comes with one weight, and fully supports the usual Japanese characters including kanji, however the exact amount of kanji characters included are unknown. It can be downloaded for free and be used on personal and commercial projects.

To download, visit the page above and look for the button highlighted in the screenshot below. Click on the fainted red button that says “Free Download” to start the download. Bear in mind that you will need to have a Pixiv account in order to download, which is rather easy to create. Once installed, in Photoshop you will be able to select this font under the name “chirufont”
