KazukiReiwa

KazukiReiwa (一樹令和) is a traditional-looking mincho style free Japanese font that has the ink bleed effect, designed by Kazuki Kimura. Beyond the traditional character structure that gives a very old-school, vintage text look, the ink bleed effect added a unique viewing sensation, giving the print-like effect onto the digital typeface. The ink effect made the strokes look more organic, and soften the edges to look more rounded and easy to the eye.
KazukiReiwa comes with three font weights: light, regular and bold. It supports the common Japanese characters including unknown kanji support, I assumed it covered JIS Level 1 and 2, based on the total glyphs (If I have more information, I will update this post). Besides that, it also supports Latin, Cyrillic, Greek and even Braille codes. It’s free to download and be used on commercial projects, as it was released under SIL Open Font License.
