Koyomiyuru

Koyomiyuru (こよみゆる) is a scribbly, loosely handwritten style Japanese font you can download for free. According to the creator of the font, this font was created with an online tool called “FontDrawer”. The handwriting style was quite scribbly as mentioned, but it’s still pretty readable and most importantly carries the natural, easy-going characteristics of handwriting. The creator also added that, the font was released without thorough checks, so it might have some errors in some of the characters. I guess that contributed to the looseness style of this font. But the creator promised they will fix it once spotted the error.
Koyomiyuru is a suitable candidate for creating designs that carry very personalized messages. The good news is it supports JIS Level 1 kanji characters, and Level 2 character support is planned as well. You can download this font for free and be used on commercial projects. It was released under SIL Open Font License, v1.1.
