Yokomoji
Yokomoji (YOKO文字) is a free handwriting font, written by Yoko. Yoko should be a female and the handwriting does carry the sense of girly-ness and naiveness, although some of the characters might be a little bit harder to recognise.
Yokomoji comes with a good amount of letters including the usual hiragana, katakana, latin characters and kanji characters up to JIS level 1 standard which can cover most of the commonly used kanji characters. You can use it for both personal and commercial projects.
