Anzumoji

Anzumoji (あんずもじ) is a handwriting style typeface that you can download for free. It was designed by Kyoko Toyomi. This font you can use it for either personal and commercial projects. It has two main version: proportional and fixed width. Fixed width is great when using for typing Japanese from top to bottom.
