HuiFont (ふい字)

HuiFont (ふい字) is also a handwriting font that is free and can be used in commercial projects. It comes with common characters and packs with Level 1 and 2 kanji characters. Not really cute, and also not really legible, as according to the creator. But nevertheless, a good looking handwriting font.
